Ordering
Adding items to your bag does not create an order. An order exists only once you have sent your selection to us on WhatsApp and our team has confirmed availability, delivery and the final amount with you.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable or a delivery address is not serviceable. If you have already paid in that situation, you receive a full refund.
Pricing
Every price shown is the offer price and is inclusive of taxes. Where an MRP is struck through, the lower figure is what you actually pay. Prices and offers may change at any time, but the price confirmed to you at the time of your order is the price you pay.
Payment
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cards or cash at our Mumbai store. Cash on Delivery is available on most Indian pincodes, subject to confirmation for your address. Payment details are shared with you on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
Our products
Our fragrances are original compositions created and bottled by The One. Where a description refers to another house's fragrance, it describes an olfactory style or inspiration only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other fragrance brand, and their trademarks remain their own.
Product use
Our perfumes are for external use only. Patch test if you have sensitive skin, keep bottles away from direct sunlight and heat, and keep them out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
