When you place an order we collect the details you share with us directly: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address and pincode. We collect this only to confirm availability, arrange delivery and keep you updated on your order.
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we retain that correspondence so we can help you.
Your shopping bag
Your bag is stored locally in your own browser. It is not uploaded to our servers and is not tied to any account — there are no accounts or passwords on this site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and products people find useful. This records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. It is not used to identify you personally.
Payments
We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials on this website. Payment is arranged directly with our team after your order is confirmed. We will never ask you for a PIN, OTP or full card number.
Sharing your information
We share your delivery details with our courier partners solely to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
