Do I need to create an account to order?

No. There are no accounts, passwords or long checkout forms. Your bag lives in your browser and the order is confirmed over a WhatsApp conversation with our team.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as the parcel hasn't been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details as early as possible — once a parcel is handed to the courier it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

What if a fragrance is out of stock?

Message us and we'll tell you when the next batch lands — or suggest the closest scent profile from the current collection. We can also reserve a bottle for you the moment it arrives.

What is non-alcoholic perfume?

A non-alcoholic perfume carries its fragrance in an oil base instead of alcohol. There's no sharp spirit note on application, nothing evaporates off in the first minutes, and it sits closer to the skin — which is why it lasts noticeably longer, especially in Indian heat and humidity. It's also gentler on sensitive skin and suitable for prayer.

How long does attar last on skin?

A good attar holds 8–12 hours on skin and considerably longer on clothing — some people still catch it on a scarf days later. Because it's undiluted oil you need very little: a dab on each wrist and behind the ears is plenty.

These are our own compositions, blended with premium imported concentrates. Where a scent is described as inspired by a well-known fragrance, that's exactly what it is — an interpretation, not a counterfeit of any brand.

Perfume is a sprayable blend of concentrate in a carrier. Attar is a concentrated oil applied in tiny amounts to pulse points, traditionally alcohol-free. Bukhoor is scented wood chips burned on charcoal or an electric burner to perfume a room, clothing or an occasion.
